Training in Action

Biofeedback

Sarcolink uses biofeedback and game-based training to turn therapy into measurable progress and real-world results.

Movements change the position and orientation of falling puzzle pieces in a game-like biofeedback exercise. Class 1.0 helps users practice side-to-side weight shifting while their hands are occupied, stimulating daily activities like cooking, cleaning and laundry. In a 30-min session, users typically perform 100-200 repetitions. Repetition count provides exercise-dose feedback and positive reinforcement.

Traditional Exercises

The combinations are endless when it comes to traditional balance exercise prescription.

Single-leg stance, tandem walking, and weight-shifting drills challenge postural control with simple, equipment-free movements and more. These exercises help you build the strength and stability needed for daily activities like walking on uneven surfaces and climbing stairs.

Balance Board

Balance board exercises help you practice maintaining center-of-pressure control while performing weight shifts, directional reaches, and stability holds. These exercises translate to real-world balance recovery, like catching yourself on a curb or navigating a moving bus.

Real-time visual feedback on center-of-pressure sway provides objective measures of postural stability and progress.
